How much do notary translation approval fees cost?

There are many criteria for the notary public's translation approval process. These are determined by the number of pages and the page density. The number of characters determines the page density. Number of characters means each letter, number or sign in the document. So if you have a page of documents, it can be a full page. The occupancy on this page is due to the number of characters on the page. According to notary public acts, every 1000 characters count as 1 page and charges are made accordingly. For example, if you have a transcript and a total of 1 page, it would not be correct to look at it as only course names and personal information will be translated. The translation includes all your notes, personal information and everything you see on the page. In other words, if there are 3000 characters in a 1-page transcript, notary publics will charge you 3 pages for it.

Another factor that determines notary translation approval fees is the number of pages in the translation. This fee for the number of pages is called the valuable paper fee in the notary public receipt. The less number of papers your translation office uses, the more affordable you can get notarized. For example, fitting a 5 page document into 3 pages will give you an advantage in terms of price. However, the institution to which you will give the translation may also request a 5 page translation in the same format if it is a one-to-one format, that is, a 5 page document. You are responsible for this matter and you must inform the translation office where you will give the job. The minimum translation fee for 2021 (for example, passport translation) is 156.43 TL for 500 characters (half page).
